I am a graduate of the Art Institute of California - Inland Empire. I hold degrees in Culinary, Pastry and Culinary Management. I have always been the "Party Lady". Every time a friend wanted to throw a bash, they called me for advice, help in planning or to cook for them. I LOVE to help people's special events come alive. Catering just comes natural. My mom threw huge Christmas eve open houses and large family dinners. I learned hospitality and food from her. She let me cook from the time I could reach the stove safely. I watched Julia Child when I was young along with the Galloping Gourmet and the Ragin Cajun!
I love to create new fusions of International cuisines and to combine Savory and Sweet flavors to create something unique. If you can imagine it, I can cook it!
I also have a deep love of Pasty and Confections. I do custom Cakes, especially whimsical cakes for kids. I also make Artisan Breads, Pastries and Artisan Chocolates.
