Green Catering? Many people ask me why the emphasis on green catering.  I have a large family, with a lot of kids.  I want to leave them a healthy place to grow up and raise another generation.  It is easy to go green.  There is no change in the quality of my food or in the fun of your party.  It is the little things that will change the planet.
