Change you light bulbs to CFCs. I cannot believe how long they last! Also they burn much cooler. I live in the low desert and standard bulbs make the house hotter, my CFCs do not put out heat, so it does not raise the temperature. Save electricity 2 ways with CFCs, by using a more efficient bulb and by lowering your cooling costs!

Hi Shari!
I use a lot of organics, sustainable and local ingredients in my food. I also try to us as much recycleable or recycled plastics, foil and paper goods as I can. All my papergoods are post consumer recycled, and I use post consumer rycycled foil as well. I use bamboo or eco plastic disposable utensils and eco plastic wrap. I green waste my produce trimmings. I use only biodegradable cleaning products. I am hoping to purchase an electric delivery vehicle soon. In the future I will be making a building puchase that I want to refurbish using green energy, green materials and become LEED certified. I work very hard to leave a small carbon footprint and reduce my waste output.
